Prison officer reportedly lynched to de@th during light out in Kasoa

A prison officer who was stationed at the Nsawam Prisons, has reportedly passed away after a sad encounter with some residents in Kasoa.

The officer, identified as Gideon Adu Boakye was reportedly lynćhed at Kasoa Iron City at night when the lights were off in the area.

According to some residents, they heard the officer being beàten by several individuals while he shouted, pleading for his life.

The report continued that victim was making it clear to them he isn’t a thief but rather a prison officer in an attempt to let them spare his life.

Unfortunately, his pleas were ignored, and they continued to beàt him until he d!ed, then dumped his b0dy in a nearby gutter.

The police found the b0dy on October 1, and upon examination, they discovered multiple wòunds suspected to have been caused by stàbbings and being struck with stones.
