Sometimes too much fun can be expensive, even to the extent of costing one his or her freedom.

President of South Africa, President Cyril Ramaphosa, has ordered the immediate arrest of Penny Ntuli for her video which recent went viral.

In the video, Penny, Jozi FM presenter, is seen twerking with a friend on a SA highway (N3/N2) during a drive break.

The video was quickly slammed as people called it an act of recklessness, distracting drivers, and risking accidents.

The Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) also condemned the video, calling it an action that could distract drivers and put both motorists and themselves at risk.

After facing several backlashes and criticisms, Penny responded with a follow-up video. She explained that it was safe vibes to beat fatigue.

In a video released by the President Cyril, he ordered the immediate arrest of Penny for acting “carelessly” on the road.
