A viral video claiming a Los Angeles man was charged with sexual harassment after pulling a woman from the path of a speeding car.

The 60-second clip shows 32-year-old Daniel Reed dramatically grabbing 28-year-old Jessica Moore by the waist and arms to yank her from a crosswalk as a vehicle barreled toward her.
According to reports, Jessica was looking at her phone when crossing the road and was not aware of the impending danger when Daniel saved her.

Jessica later filed a complaint that the actions of Daniel were inappropriate. She added that it also violated her personal boundaries.
According to her legal team, no one has the right to touch another person “inappropriately” without their consent.

The case has sparked conversations online. While some argue boundaries should be respected, others claim Daniel should be celebrated instead of persecuted.
