A disturbing video shows Mexican President being groped by a man while meeting supporters in Mexico City
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum was harassed during a public tour outside the National Palace when a man tried to grab and kiss her without consent.

Sheinbaum was briefly grabbed by a man while greeting supporters in Mexico City, an incident caught on video.
The footage, which has been widely shared online, shows Sheinbaum walking through a crowd when a man approached her.

After trying to kiss her without her consent, he went further from her behind and touches her.
Security personnel quickly intervened and detained the man. He was later identified as Uriel “N.”

Sheinbaum has filed a formal complaint, and prosecutors say they are investigating the act as possible sexual harassment.
Sheinbaum continued her public schedule following the encounter and has not suggested changing her approach to meeting citizens.
