The Former President of Ghana, John Agyekum Kufuor, recently granted an interview with broadcaster Deloris Frimpong Manso, professionally known as Delay, and it has sparked different reactions.

During the interview, he was asked to give his take on the concerns of Ghanaians during Former President, Nana Akufo-Addo’s Governance, and he revealed that everyone has their opinions, strengths, and flaws.

Kufuor disclosed that there were things Nana Addo that were great, but a few things went wrong, and he never agreed on implementing certain policies.

This was seen as a subtle by some NPP members, and Ellen Ama Daaku, a member of the Party’s communication team.

According to Ellen, Prez. Nana Addo did all he could to help Ghana improve, and as a human, everyone has flaws, including President Kufuor.

She said John also goofed sometimes during his time as President, just as Nana Addo, so the people should give Nana some time because it’s been only a year after he left office, and they will have more time to discuss his government in the coming years.

The communicator stated that Ghanaians should allow the former President to rest because there is still more time ahead to assess his tenure, as she described it as hasty to judge his governance barely one year after leaving office.

Her counter-opinion against former President Kufuor was understood by a few, while the majority disagreed, saying she has no right to contest the statement’s opinion on his fellow.
