The Inspector-General of Police’s (IGP) Special Cyber Vetting and Enforcement Team has arrested Self-Proclaimed Prophet Evans Eshun, popularly known as Ebo Noah.

The self-acclaimed prophet made allegations that God has revealed to him that the world will end on Christmas Day.
Viral videos showing multitudes allegedly rushing the location of the arks circulated all over social media on the predicted date.

However, on the alleged doomsday, nothing happened. People anticipated the flood but the weather remained clear.
On the said date, he released a video where he said he had interceded on behalf of mankind and God has postponed the date of destruction.

What further sparked outrage was the presence of Ebo at Sarkodie’s annual rapperholic festival on the 25th.
According to sources, Ebo was picked up from his residence in the late hours of December 31, and will be processed in the new year.
