Music Lovers in Nigeria have been struggling to place Fela Kuti and Wizkid in their own lanes as legends, but neither side is ready to succumb to the opinion of the other.
Wizkid has been bantering Seun Kuti for the past few weeks after he said his father is bigger than Wizkid.

Most people see Fela as the pioneer of the Afrobeat Genre; he is highly acknowledged by patriotic citizens for using his music to fight against corruption, social vices, and wayward behaviours, which plunged communities into chaos.
To many, Wizkid is also in his own league as a Nigerian music icon, but not on the same level as Kuti, and that how the division on social media started.

There is unrest in both camps as each suggests one is bigger than the other.
Wizkid to his IG story to say he is bigger than Fela Kuti and there is nothing Seun can do about this.
This caused Activisi, Very Dark Man, to react, and his opinion was that Wizkid could’ve limited the banter between himself and Seun, but dragging his father into this matter ruined his chances of winning the banter because Fela is the orchestra of the genre Wizkid, and by so doing, an apprentice can never be better than his master.
A die-hard fan of Wizkid with the handle “thrynadee,” who happens to be a model and Video vixen, urged 70% Wizkid FC members who are following Very Dark Man to unfollow his official and backup Instagram handles.
Unfortunately, she ended up losing her own handle after a mass report from VDM’s followers.
