Valuable items like 2 Rolex watches valued at around $20,000 were gone.
This didn’t end there. On Thursday, a member of the Technical team noticed his $2,250 was missing.
After the robbery, the team was expecting the security to be airtight, but the facility neglected that duty.
The team has officially filed a complaint with the police after the Hotel CCTV failed to capture the incident.
According to reports, the hotel has cameras all around, but unfortunately, none of them were functional enough to capture the movement of people in and out of the premises.
It is believed that the players affected by this incident are reportedly senior players in the team.
Ghanaians are questioning the team officials for not leaving personal security behind to protect their rooms while they left for training.
