Adjetey Anang (Pusher) challenges Sarkodie to record anti-galamsey song

Ghanaian actor, Adjetey Anang, famously known as Pusher have challenged Sarkodie to record anti-galamsey song to help with the current galamsey crises.

Whiles speaking in a radio interview with ClasFm on their morning show, he told the host, Prince Benjamin how much the voice of Sarkodie has a wider reach to help fight galamsey.

He stated that the influence of Sarkodie in the country through his songs will be very effective if he should address the ongoing galamsey issues with a song.

He said in a cheerful way, “I’d love to see my guy Sark, Sarkodie, do a song to fight galamsey. Sarkodie has a powerful influence especially because of the dialect he uses in music, which has wide reach.”

The issue of galamsey has been a major topic recently following concerns of the effect of these illegal mining activities on a lot of water bodies in the country.

Cictizens are ready to put up a fight to stop galamsey and through the power of social media, the voices of citizens are been heard.
