Chaos at Suame as Soldiers invade Police Station to beat officers for slapping and arresting a soldier

A video posted to social media by Starr FM shows a number of Ghana Armed Forces troops storming the Suame Police Station and assaulting cops for detaining one of their own.

This was in response to a police officer assaulting one soldier at the Suame roundabout checkpoint.

A man on a motorcycle was apprehended at the checkpoint, and one police officer slapped him during an argument.

The man was apparently a military commander, so he called his people and told them what the cops had done to him.

Soldiers arrived in large numbers, raided the police station, beat up every police officer present, and then released their colleague, as predicted.

The cops had to call for backup, but the military personnel had already fled when they arrived.
