According to the woman, she never told him she was ready to get married and hence there is no need for the proposal.
The video took a dark turn when the guy started pursuing the lady who was making way for the mall’s exit.

As soon as he caught up with her, she slapped him as he tried to stop her.
The guy, who was at this point heartbroken and disgraced, was consoled by onlookers and people inside the mall.
