‘Eiiiiiii not the basket on her head’- reactions as fashion critic Charlie Dior criticizes Mercy Asiedu’s outfit for Akwaboah’s wedding

Akwaboah’s wedding saw many prominent individuals attending in style and glamour. Famous Ghanaian Kumawood actress, Mercy Asiedu popularly known as Asaabea also attended the wedding.

However, the famous fashion critic, Charlie Dior has come out to criticize Mercy Asiedu’s outfit for Akwaboah’s wedding as not appropriate and that the fashion designer needs to be sentenced to prison.

He said “Mercy Asiedu is a legend and it’s sad to see how our legend showed. The last time we spoke about Asaabea, we advised her to stay away from dresses that would exaggerate her shoulders.She has such a prominent shoulder that this attire doesn’t help…. I have an issue with the designer, who designed it? step forward. I need the designer to be sentenced to prison immediately with no bail and hard labor. why would you do this to her?”

He goes ahead to describe the actress’s fascinator as too heavy.

“The basket on her head, is it Easter?,” as he refers her fascinator to obaapa Christy’s song titled ‘3nkane na me so nnocma.’
