Elon Musk Announces ‘Semi-Break Up’ with Girlfriend Grimes: Could this be why?

billionaire, CEO, Philanthropist, Business Magnate Elon Musk Has just announced his ongoing separation from his 3 year-long girlfriend, Claire Elise (popular known as Grimes).

In May 2018, Musk and Canadian musician Grimes revealed that they were dating. Grimes gave birth to their son in May 2020. Mr Musk told Page Six that the couple intends to co-parent their child in the future.

“It’s mostly that my work at SpaceX and Tesla requires me to be primarily in Texas or traveling overseas and her work is primarily in LA,” Mr Musk told Page Six. “She’s staying with me now and Baby X is in the adjacent room.”

Earlier this month, the two were last spotted together exiting the Met Gala. Grimes walked the red carpet alone, but inside the event, she was joined by Elon shortly.

It is still a little unclear as to why they are considering splitting after having a child together. However, guesses can be made that it could be due to Elon Musks Schedule as a growing Billionaire and Business Magnate. All that accomplishments, successions, companies, clients, and staff must require a tremendous amount of time to run.

It is quite possible that Elon wasn’t spending enough time with his new family, which could have lead to this unexpected announcement. Although this is just speculations.

Mr Musk was formerly married to Justine Wilson, a Canadian novelist with whom he has five sons: 17-year-old twins Griffin and Xavier, and 15-year-old triplets Damian, Saxon, and Kai.

According to Musk and Grimes, his name was “X Æ A-12”; however, The child was eventually named “X AE A-XII”, with “X” as a first name and “AE A-XII” as a middle name.

It is unclear whether their breakup is definite, however, this seems to be a cycle repeating itself.
