The son of Osama Bin Laden, Omar Bin Laden who used to live in Normandy Village in France has been deported for glorifying terrorism on social media.
The Minister of Interior of France, Bruno Retailleau took to X, formerly twitter to announce that he has issued an administrative ban on Omar from today.
According to his post, Omar made posts where he glorified terrorism somewhere in 2023 and as such, they have to deport him for the posts.
The Minister also revealed that the ban will also make sure that Omar never steps foot in France for any reason.

A French newspaper, Le Parisien also reported that Omar is currently living in Qatar and he sent an appeal against his deportation but was denied by French justice on Friday.
Bruno Retailleau wrote on X, “I am today issuing an administrative ban on Mr. Omar Bin Laden, the eldest son of the international terrorist Osama Bin Laden.”
“Mr. Bin Laden, who has lived in Orne for several years as the spouse of a British national, posted comments on his social networks in 2023 that were an apology for terrorism.”

“As a result, the Prefect of Orne issued an OQTF and obtained Mr. Bin Laden’s departure. The courts have confirmed the regularity of this decision taken for national security.”
“The administrative ban on the territory guarantees that Mr. Bin Laden will not be able to return to France for any reason whatsoever.”
