Shatta Wale, formerly known as Bandana, is his stage name. “Dancehall King,” “My Level,” and “We Taking Over” are some of his most well-known singles. He’s also recognized for the song Already, which he co-wrote with Major Lazer for Beyoncé’s Black is King album.

Shatta Wale is always in the news for controversial reasons. He is currently trending for lashing out on DJs and other industry players, including his own colleagues for unnecessary comparisons.

Shatta Wale in a live broadcast said, “Go ask your blacksherif, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Samini, Black Sherif and Yaa Pono if they’re my size”

He went on to allot some unkind words to Presenters & DJs who don’t appreciate his works but keeps comparing him with other artistes in an attempt to pull him down.

According to Shatta Wale, there are serious issues in the Ghanaian music industry which needs attention but the unnecessary mentioning of his name by people who don’t like him is getting on his nerves.
