The doubt is not about her being a Christian, but after knowing Christ, she is now a Pastor.

Some men are also saying, she realised she is not getting any younger, and all the men she rolled with will not marry her because of her history, so she decided to repent and get one of the church boys as her retirement plan after having fun as a young girl.
True believers are rejoicing for the repentance of the the lady while the doubting Thomases continue to find loopholes, which is quite unfortunate, but the seem to have a point.
