Nigerian Bodybuilder, Samson Dauda who represented the United Kingdom at the just ended Mr Olympia competition was crowned winner of the event.

The competition which was held at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada in the USA saw a number of bodybuilders from around the world who hoped to win the contest.
Dauda will receive a $600,000 cash prize as the winner for the 60th edition of Mr Olympia and reportedly, this is the highest payout ever for a winner of the contest.

Dauda’s win reflects his strong Nigerian roots on the international bodybuilding scene and his achievement has the potential to motivate countless individuals throughout Africa and the African diaspora in bodybuilding.
