Ghanaian journalist, known as Olele Salvador on X has clapped back at Stonebwoy following his rant about Grammy’s inability to recognize him.

In an X post, Olele wrote:

“Ghana got introduced to Stonebwoy properly somewhere in 2007 when he dropped “Thanks & Praise,” produced by Kwik Action, a Reggae/Dancehall record not a Hiplife record in that era.

“Years after, Dr. Duncan will host him on his show and that’s where Samini reportedly heard of him and brought him under his wing. At that time Samini & Shatta Wale had already done Hiplife records either as solo acts or featured artists; still in that era saf, Reggae/Dancehall was reportedly known & seen in Ghana as “ragga” or “Rag life”— pioneered by Sonni Bali & Abrewa Nana dems.”

“Efo may have been inspired by these legends in the Hiplife space from that era, but his introduction to us has been evidently reggae/dancehall; he didn’t have a notable Hiplife record in that era. That’s why the records cannot capture him in the early 2000s. Get it now?”

This was after the Grammy Recording Academy shared an article in their official website speaking about the pioneers of Ghanaian music.

The name did not include Stonenbwoy, who believes ve he has played enough role in Ghana music to get the same recognition.

A man has completely ruined his cheating wife’s day during their baby shower in front of their guests.

Apparently, the man is very aware that his wife has been cheating on him during their time together as a husband and wife.

The woman later communicated to her husband that she is pregnant for him and the man did everything possible to find out of the pregnancy was truly for him.

This is because he knew his wife was seeing another man. His thoughts were right as he confirmed the pregnancy was for his rival.

During their baby shower, the calm man pull out evidence to prove to the public that the child does not belongs to him.

Interestingly, the man his wife cheated on him with was also present at the baby shower to support them.

The husband went further to show video footage of the moment his wife and the other man had an affair.

Stonebwoy’s recent post on X about an article released by the Grammy Recording Academy has caught the attention of Mzbel.

In a newly released article, Grammy recognised some 10 Ghanaian musicians as the main characters when it comes to Ghanaian sounds.

“As a movement and culture, hiplife is also an identity, created to encourage people to be daring in their exploration of sound. Pioneering hiplife artists like Root Eye Samini and Shatta Wale (then known as Bandana) fused dancehall and highlife in the early 2000s to make music which could connect with local audiences.

Collaborations between artists and producers have been crucial in defining the sound, evolution, and amplification of hiplife. Just as hip-hop has developed a plethora of subgenres, hiplife has birthed other sounds such as azonto and asakaa.

An offshoot of asakaa, Ghanaian drill, was among the elements in the new Best African Music Performance Category at the 2024 GRAMMYs.” a part of the article reads.

As seen above, the article does not include Stonebwoy, one of Ghana’s heavyweight musicians currently and the Elelebe hitmaker took to X to make his feelings known.

Stonebwoy’s post has generated lots of talks among Ghanaians and Mzbel in a Facebook post shared the article alongside the caption “so this is all what the buzz is about?”.

Nigerian gospel musician, Mercy Chinwo has shared beautiful images of her son which caused a fan to comment on X that the child resembles Nathaniel Bassey.

The X user, @JUSTECP posted pictures of Mercy and her family and wrote the caption, “Mercy Chinwo’s baby looks so much like Nathaniel Bassey in this photo. Maybe he, too,will be an anointed minister of the gospel.”
