The member of Parliament for Assin South Constituency in the Central Region of Ghana, Reverend John Ntim Fordjour, has made some serious allegations against the President of Ghana, John Mahama.
The Lawmaker alleged that His Excellency John Dramani Mahama has refused to order the Ministry of Finance to disburse funds to all sectors in the country for effective administration.

He further disclosed that the Ministries and Security agencies under Mahama have no money to operate, but they’re all suffering in silence.
Reverend Ntim Fordjour said Ghana is in dangerous times because Parliament cannot sit to discuss the country for weeks now due to a lack of funds.
He cited an example with the previous government that Nana Akufo-Addo provided funds for all sectors, no matter what, but people still spread propaganda about him.

During a show on Adom 106.3 FM, an Accra-based radio, hosted by Abena Opkua Ahweneenee, the member of Parliament made this statement and disclosed that the only day Parliament can sit is October 21, 2025, so any attempt to open Parliament before the said date might cause a serious crisis.

Ranking Member, Committee on Defense and Interior, directed the host to the finance ministry and authorities accountable for Parliament funding when he was asked to provide vivid evidence for such allegations.
He concluded that all the NDC members know Ghana is in crisis, but they have refused to speak because their party is in power, which is unfair to the citizens.
