The Ghana Education Service has removed the head of academics of KNUST Senior High, after a viral video of him and a female student was circulating, sparking numerous conversations.
In the video, the teacher was in a compromised position, getting all touchy with his student, which is against the code of ethics as a teacher according to GES and the school’s law.

When the video started to trend, the first thing most viewers said was that the 2 agreed on doing this, and so the man is not at fault because if the student wasn’t comfortable, she wouldn’t have recorded the act.

Today, September 30, 2025, on the Badwam, a political show on Adom TV, the member of Parliament for the people of Twifo Atti-Morkwa,Central region, Hoorable, Theophilus Dominic Vondee, who claims to be a realist, said the Assistant Headmaster for Academics, Mr. Charles Aidoo and the female student incident is not serious as people want to be because from his point of view, they both agreed to engage in the act so the lady recorded it with joy and not a sad face.
This statement from the lawmaker has caused people to question his morals and also ask him, had it been his daughter or sister in such a situation, would he have been on the TV making such disgusting statements?

People are questioning the lawmaker for such a disgraceful comment on a serious matter, which involves a minor and an adult.
As of now, the GES has directed Mr. Charles Aidoo to stay away from the school premises until the investigation is done.
