Frederick Kumi, also known as Abu Trica, has revealed some deep secrets about the expensive cars that were found in his care and the harsh treatment the security agency gave him in custody.

The young man was arrested on December 11, 2025, for his alleged involvement in a fraudulent activity that extorted $8 Million from old American citizens.

He was discharged by the Gbese District Court on January 26, 2026, but was re-arrested by the NACOC.

On February 9, 2026, Abu reportedly sued the Economic Organized Crime Office (EOCO), the Interior Ministry, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and the Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC).

According to Mr. Frederick, he was subjected to different inhumane acts which violated his rights, so he is demanding 10 Million Ghana Cedis from the organisations above.

Recent reports indicate that Abu stated vividly to the court that all the expensive cars in his house at the time of his arrest were not his cars.

He informed the court that the Lamborghini Urus, Mercedes AMG G 650 G Wagon, Tesla Cybertruck, BMW i8, Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 2022, Range Rover Velar Dynamic (For baby mama), Rolls-Royce Ghost were all faulty cars left in his care.
