“The matter turn big”: Ghanaian man send message to Cristiano Ronaldo After Eriksen collapsed and was sent to the hospital.


Last night, what started as the opening game of Group B in the ongoing Euro 2020 nearly ended in sorrow if not the swift response of players on the field, the referee and medical staff at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen.

Denmark who are one time winners of the Euros were up against debutant Finland who were making their first appearance in a major tournament.

The game began as an equally matched game even though Denmark were tipped by many pundit as favorite to win on the night

Danish play maker Christian Eriksen in an attempt to go in for a throw in collapsed on the field of play.

The English referee Anthony Taylor upon sensing danger swiftly signaled the medical team to rush to the field to attend to Eriksen who was on the verge of death.

The Denmark Captain for the night Simon Kjaer rushed to the scene to prevent Christian Eriksen from “swallowing” his tongue which would have been fatal.

The game was halted for several minutes before it was restarted which saw Finland beating Denmark 1-0.

Portuguese Captain Cristiano Ronaldo was not left out in sending out a message to Eriksen who conditions according to the Danish national team is stable and doing well.

However, in a comment under Ronaldo’s post which has since gone viral a Ghanaian who name was captured as Kwabena Yeboah Manchester took to Ronaldo’s page to ask him to donate money because Eriksen has been transferred to a hospital in Ghana as such they would need money for his medical treatment
