Two Asante Kotoko players   missing from Camp upon arrival in the USA for their game against DC United

Two players from Ghanaian premier league side, Kumasi Asante Kotoko are currently missing.

The Two Asante Kotoko players have reportedly run away upon their arrival in the USA to honor a club invitation.

The two players missing are Abdoelkarem Yagoub and Esmat Al Hassan who both Sudanese players who play for Kotoko at club level in Ghana.

When officials discovered their disappearance, the players took their personal goods and left all Kotoko team items in the hotel, including jerseys, boots, among others.

The Ghanaian side were scheduled for a ceremonial game against Major League Soccer side DC United.

But the game has been cancelled due to visa problems that led to some number of players being available for the game.
