To prove their supremacy for the umpteenth time, the US has seized a Russian-flagged oil tanker in the North Atlantic Ocean for breaching a rule in its territory.
The North Atlantic Ocean is between Iceland and the United Kingdom, near Iceland.
After the seizure of the Oil tanker, the question on the lips of news readers is, that portion of the water is not on America’s land, so why did they take that action?
Reports indicate Marinera (formerly called Bella-1) was seized in the international waters of the North Atlantic, basically to enforce America’s sanctions against vessels conveying oil for sanctioned countries, including Venezuela, Iran, and related networks.
