Vice President Bawumia and National Chief Iman arrive at Ejura to calm tensions


The Vice President of the republic of Ghana Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has paid a condolence visit to the Family of murdered persons in Ejura.

Informations we have gathered indicates he arrived in the Ejura township today alongside National Chief Imam Shiek Osman Nuhu Sharabutu.

The main purpose of their visit is to try as much as possible to restore some calm to the People of Ejura and the family of the three youths who lost their life in the ongoing brouhaha.

The Ejura township has been in the news for days now following the death of a Social media activist nicknamed Kaaka.

Residents who are heartbroken in the sad manner in which Kaaka was murdered storm the street with massive protests which rather led to a clash with the youths resulting in the the death of another two.

There were several calls from citizens for government to intervene and find an immediate solution to the incident before it escalate and this is the exact mission both the Vice President and the Chief Iman have embarked on.
