Vybz Kartel denied Bail By The Supreme Court, Murder Charge Remains effective


Jamaican musicisn, Vybz Kartel has been denied bail after a London judge overturned his conviction.

The Shaderoom reported that, members of the prosecution and the defense made arguments in Kartel’s habeas corpus case, which would have determined whether the artiste would be granted bail or not.

Things just aren’t moving in the right direction for the Dancehall icon and all fans around the world who are hoping for his release will have to wait a little.

Further reports has it that The Privy Council has ordered that the case be returned to Jamaica’s Appeal Court to decide whether a retrial is necessary or not.

The struggles of Vybz Kartel are in relation to the murder of Clive Williams, a tragic incident that occurred back in 2021.
