Ebo added that, God instructed him to build the ark to save himself and others. The theme of his prophecy earned him the name “Noah,” as his story is similar to that of Noah in the Bible.

But the question remains, who is Ebo Noah and how did he come up with the prophecy? Let’s delve in.

Who is Ebo Noah?

Ebo Noah (also referred to as Prophet Ebo Noah or simply “Noah” in viral contexts) is a young Ghanaian self-proclaimed prophet and carpenter.

Before then, he was a content creator on TikTok known for comedy skits and general content for fun.

Ebo gained widespread online attention in August 2025 for claiming a divine vision of an impending global flood.

The Prophecy and the Ark

It all started in August, when he posted the first video, claiming that God had directed him to save the world from destruction.

According to his Ebo, God revealed to him that continuous heavy rains will begin on December 25, 2025 (Christmas Day).

He said the rains will last three to four years and submerge much of the world, echoing similar sentiments from the biblical story of Noah’s Ark in Genesis.

Following the alleged divine instruction, Ebo Noah has embarked on a mission to build a modern-day Noah’s Ark—not just one, but he has claimed to be building as many as ten arks.

His stated purpose is to rescue souls who wish to be saved and, with a select group of people, repopulate the world after the flood recedes.

He has since been posting videos and images of the alleged arks. Videos and images circulating online show large wooden boat-like structures under construction alongside the coasts of Ghana.

Ebo Noah claims the structures are built using hundreds of thousands of hand-selected wooden boards, all under divine instruction.

He also added that access to the Ark is free and for those who have a covenant with the Lord.

Currently about 80% of the total number of the Arks are completed. The remaining few will be ready before the day of reckoning.

Social media and public reactions

Since his first announcement, Ebo’s TikTok account (@ebonoah) has amassed around 200,000 followers, with videos racking up millions of views across platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

While some are reacting positively to the news and seeing it as a true act from God, others also believe Ebo is doing it for the trends.
