In a remarkable turn of events, an 8-month-old baby has survived a harrowing encounter with a stray bullet in what the family describes as a divine miracle.
The event was described by the baby’s mother via a post on X (formerly Twitter).

According to the mother, she was in the kitchen cooking while her bay was also playing in the living room.
She was drawn by the sudden loud, unexpected sounds in her neighborhood.

According to her, it was as a result of police officers pursuing individuals who were committing a crime in the community.
She said she quickly rushed back to her baby’s side only to find him crying loudly. What she found after checking him shocker her.

She realized the baby had been hit by a stray bullet from the altercations outside. Miraculously, it had only scratched her.
In a couple of photos attached to the post, she showed the bullet and where it scratched the baby.
