Afronita, the dancer, made a surprising claim during her interview on Daybreak with Andy Dosty on Hitz fm. She stated that men do not try to approach or coerce her into a romantic relationship.
According to Afronita, this is because she has set high standards and created a certain level for herself.
“People don’t approach me anymore like before because they feel like when I approach her she will bounce me maybe I’m not her level people think that way especially boys. But I have very good male friends yes cause to me I will not give you that vibe, for you to give me that vibe the kind of person I am nothing will tell you to bring that vibe on me yeah.” She said
According to Afronita, while men may find it difficult to approach her with romantic interest, she does have cordial relationships with a select few males. She also mentioned that some men use different tactics, like hiding behind profile pictures, to slide into her DMs in the hopes of gaining her attention.
During the interview, Afronita shared a funny incident about a sneaky DM. An old man slide into her DMs asking for her hand in marriage. When Andy Dosty asked if she has a preference for older men, she responded with a playful “No”.
