–Vim Lady Afia Pokua Boldly Declares to send his bodyguard to national security meeting
Following the assault on their colleague Caleb Judah, Ghanaian journalist are put on the edge with some attaching some seriousness to their personal security. Caleb, a journalist with Citi FM and TV was assaulted with her female counterpart also threatened.
The whole spectacle was captured on camera at the premises of the FM station.
The emotions of many Ghanaians especially Journalists were high considering the manner National security operatives attacked him.
They questioned why a professional going about his business should be subjected to such beatens. Others enquired as to whether journalism is taken seriously.
Few days after, the officer in charge and three other police officers were withdrawn from the outfit for conduct which was called inappropriate and contradicted the standard operating procedures. Some section of the populace applauded the move and claimed it was a step in the right direction.
Fast forward to this day, Afia Pokua of United Television has indicated in a facebook post that she is going for a National security meeting with his bodyguard.
