The bues were hoping to make it two wins in a row following a 2-0 victory over a struggling Sheffield United team last week.

They look set to taking the lead when a Jose Sa mistake led to a counter attack for them only for Raheem Sterling to selfishly miss it.

They were quickly punished by Wolves with a superb play by Pablo Sarabia who ended up assisting Lemina to give Wolves the lead.

Chelsea kept pushing for the equalizer only to concede a 93rd minute knockout blow by Doherty to win it for Wolves with a 2-1 scoreline despite Nkunku’s late header.

The result means, Chelsea remains at what is looking like their favorite position, 10th on the league table.
