Ghanaian dancehall artist, Stonebwoy has been crowned the Artiste of the Year at the just ended 2024 TGMA which happened at the Accra International Conference Center.

He had the highest nominations, 15 and was battling for the ultimate with “Terminator” hit maker, King Promise who had six nominations.
Stonebwoy took home six awards; International Collaboration Of The Year, Songwriter Of The Year, Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste, Record of the Year, Album/EP of the Year and Artist of the Year.

King Promise on the other hand took home three awards, Telecel Most Popular Song of the Year – “Terminator” – King Promise, Best Afrobeats/ Afropop Artiste – King Promise and Best Afropop song.
At the end of the day, Stonebwoy won the ultimate Artiste Of The Year hands down. The event saw performances from a lot of musicians, including the legendary, Amakye Dede.
