Shimza And Heavy K Teams Up Against Maphorisa.

Beefs and brawls between celebrities are nothing new in the music scene and Mamphorisa is not new to being hated on.

Few weeks ago, the Amapiano DJ was accused of being arrogant because of his success with the Amapiano genre.

Without doubt, he is one of the people who jumped ship and helped the genre grow to the massive heights it has currently reached, but he is calling on others to do the same.

DJ Mamphorisa kindly asked the famous DJs Shimza, Heavy K and DJ Black Coffee to play Amapiano music in their sets.

Athough they are not Amapiano DJs, their impact in the industry is so massive that, playing the songs will automatically elevate the genre.

I wish Shimza, Heavy K le Bo Black Coffee badlale amapiano (could play Amapiano). It will mean a lot for the movement ya amapiano.” He shared on Facebook.

Heavy K and Shimza found it otherwise even though it made a lot of sense and rose against it.

As a result, they teamed up against Maphorisa and called him to order. They told the DJ they will not be told by him what to do.

The first person to respond was Heavy K, and he said his 10 years in the industry allows him to be flexible and experiment with other songs. Even though he can handle Amapiano and House music, he also wants to try out other things as well.

Me I can handle both House and Amapiano, Porry. It marks 10 years of Heavy K this year and I’ll be introducing my other production strong points. It’s necessary for me. To my day-one fans, I’ll never leave you behind but allow me to experiment.” Said by Heavy K.

DJ Shimza on the other hand also said it does not seem right for all of them to be doing the same thing because their goals are not set out the same.

We can’t all do the same thing because we all have different goals and paths in our careers, ma brother. You guys are doing perfectly fine without us and it’s amazing to watch from the outside! Keep going! We here to support.” He also replied.
