Highlife legend, Nana Acheampong refuses to talk about his other daughter who is also venturing into the music industry like Gyakie

In a recent interview with Zionfelix, Ghanaian legendary highlife musician, Nana Acheampong signaled Zion to stop asking him questions about his family when he asked if there were any musicians in his family aside Gyakie.

Nana Acheampong was full of gratitude to God for how his daughter, Gyakie has been able to find her way in the industry to become one of the best musicians in the country.

He revealed the first time Gyakie informed him that she was going to perform in a show in Nigeria, he shed tears of joy because he was surprised Gyakie has truly followed in his footsteps just as she always dreamed of.

He said, “I give God all the praise for his marvelous works in our lives, because the first day she told me was going to perform at a show in Nigeria, I was surprised and I almost cried tears of joy”

“I told her, true to your (Gyakie) words that you will also sing just like me, you are living that dream today, travelling around the world to perform for shows. I thank God”

Zionfelix then asked him if his family is that of musicians and he replied yes and quickly signaled Zion to stop asking any further questions about his family.

This act has made people wonder why he did not want to talk about the other musicians in his family, especially, his other daughter who is said to be an upcoming artist.
