Per his narration, he was brought up in a family where food was even a big challenge for them not to talk of a better life.

I was not born with a silver spoon, in fact spoon no dey, there was no spoon then sef not to talk of silver or colours” He said talking about the kind of basic school he attended.

Right after primary school, Captain Callistus added he had to hawk groundnut on the street of Nigeria to finance his junior high school all the way to secondary school since his parents did not have money for his education.

The ‘Okada’ work then came in when he furthered his education to the tertiary level with the help of his uncle.

According to him, his uncle was sponsoring with the fees and so there was a need to also find something in support of himself.

He then bought the motorbike with the little money he had on him and started working with it.

The ‘Okada’ work is when you pick a customer with your motorbike to their destination at a fee. I could be one person or two depending on the strength of the bike and the effectiveness of the rider.

He further revealed that he did the Okada work alongside with MC in the tertiary till he completed and found a better and lucrative job.

Not forgetting how he wanted to be an electrical engineer at a point in his career but switched to pursue piloting.

Captain Callistus now works as a pilot at ‘Air Peace’ Nigeria.

Emma Richy commented, “You inspired me and lots of others with your story, keep been you and keep praying and work smart one day you wil definitely pick your call. You are doing well brother and we are proud of you. God bless and strengthen you the more.” These and many other positive reactions were seen under his comment section.
