Chef Faila has extended her cook-a-thon record attempt to 10 days which is 240 hours, making it extremely difficult for any other person to break it.
As the previous record for the longest cooking marathon in the Guinness book of records was set by Irish man Alan Fisher with 119 hours of cooking, Ghanaian Chef Failatu Abdul Razak is now aiming at 240 hours.
Chef Faila started her challenge on the 1st of January, 2024 and is still in process as at mid-day of 7th January 2024.
Initially, she aimed at a record of 140 hours but keeps extending it with time as she gains more strength and a marvellous support from Ghanaians.
So many Ghanaians have expressed their excitement about her decision as they believe that would go a long way and impossible for others to break it worldwide.
“This is unbreakable record” @thatguy_gh said.
Upon hearing the news, Captain Reginald, the military husband of Chef Faila embraced his heroine wife with a beautiful hug for making the whole country proud.
