According to Ferdinand, Messi unfollowed his own countryman / Manchester United winger, Garnacho, after the young lad declared Ronaldo as the greatest player ever.
Garnacho on countless occasions has expressed his admiration for the Portuguese player even tho he is from the same country as his rival Lionel Messi.
