The USA navy seal are known to undergo rigorous training procedures to enable them reach optimum strength.

In a recent video, a personnel from the US navy was seen performing a rather unusual kind of weightlifting.


The navy seal crew member was seen bench pressing in a suspended posture.

Surprisingly, he went on to use a single arm to lift the heavy barbell up and down, a technique that only super strong people can carry out.

His arm strength is indeed on a very high scale looking at the kind of routine he was undergoing.
