News came out just days ago that Aunty Ramota had decided to undergo surgery to add weight to her back view.
Many thought it was just another skit until videos are currently being released from the hospital she went for the surgery at.

The surgery was a failure and had left Aunty Ramota in a critical condition with reports saying she is in coma.
