Leader of the New Force, Nana Kwame Bediako, aka, Cheddar has explained what he meant by saying he will buy back the country from those it has been sold to.
According to the independent candidate, this information was given to the public by two media outlets in the country as an agenda to slander him.

He revealed these media outlets are owned by foreigners and he appreciates the fact that Ghanaian media houses did not hold on to this information to propagate false news.
Cheddar confirmed that indeed he said something like that, but his words were twisted to suit the agenda of these foreign media outlets. He said he meant to say that the government is under the influence of these European government.

He revealed the resources of the country have been sold to these European powers and they are using them for their gain so, “for us to get the sovereignty of this country back, the heritage value back, we have to find ways and means to buy it back because the country is already sold.”
He revealed the bad economy has caused its citizens to focus on the negatives and he plans to stabilise the economy and make millionaires out of citizens in the country.
