A Nigerian man answered a question in class with the “Esther was broke” sound trend on TikTok.

The Nigerian man was asked by his professor to form a sentence with the word “Establish” while he was in class with his white course mates.

However He decided to use the TikTok sound “Esther was broke and poor, but when Esther see money, Estherstablished” to answer the question.

The Nigerian man began his sentence with “Esther,” but he was interrupted by the professor who asked who Esther was.

He replied by saying, “You don’t know him,” and his classmates made funny remarks and giggled, seemingly understanding what he was hinting at. However, the professor remained oblivious to the inside joke.

The professor corrected the Nigerian man and asked him to repeat the sentence. The man complied and ended the sentence with “establish,” which made his classmates burst out laughing.
