An African US-based lady has revealed why she doesn’t send money to her family in Africa anymore.
The lady in the video is identified as Fatous Seghir on TikTok. She is a Guinean woman who is living in the United States.
According to Seghir, on her last visit to her country eight years ago, she realised that all the money she had been sending back home was a way of sponsoring her relative’s glamorous lifestyles.
She added that the life they’re living with the money she has been sending to them is far bigger than her lifestyle in America.
