A 36-year-old Chicago based woman, Sandra Kolalou, has been arrested after she killed her landlord, Frances Walker and dismembered her body back in 2022. It has been reported that a jury is currently being selected for her case.

On October 10, 2022, tenants in the house heard screams coming from the landlord’s apartment and called the police. The tenants called the police again in the evening to report that Walker was missing.
The police quickly went to the apartment, searched the place and found bloody rags in the dustbin. They also found blood stains in Sandra’s apartment and Walker’s body parts stuffed in her freezer.

Sandra was arrested and is currently charged with first-degree murder and concealing a homicidal death. She was initially scheduled to stand trial on January 22, 2024, but it was postponed to Monday, April 15, 2024.
