In Sydney, Australia, a disturbing incident occurred at Christ The Good Shepherd Church in Wakeley. While Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel was preaching during a mass, a knifeman approached him and started stabbing him repeatedly in the neck and shoulder.

church members were filled with terror as the knifeman carried out the attack, which was witnessed by those watching via live stream.

The members bravely rushed to the altar to restrain the attacker, but unfortunately, some members were harmed in the process. It’s truly distressing to hear that the bishop had to be taken to an ambulance on a stretcher. This incident occurred within 48 hours of the stabbing at Westfield Bondi Junction on April 13.
